JISCmail, the UK's National Academic Mailing List Service, operates a comparative literature discussion list which was set up by Howard Gaskill and is now maintained by Peter Davies "with the primary, but by no means exclusive aim of promoting the activities of the British Comparative Literature Association. Whilst we would naturally hope that anyone joining the list might also wish to become a member of the BCLA, it is more important that they should share its interests. News of relevant meetings, conferences, publications etc. will be welcome. Substantial reports and other documents of longer term value may be sent to me and will be made available for retrieval by other members of the list."
